The hotel was conveniently located near other Uji attractions such as a world heritage listed temple and right next to Byodo-in temple. It was also situated near Uji station which made traveling easier. the rooms were clean and comfortable with modern bathrooms. Service was polite and efficient. the breakfast was a nice traditional Japanese experience, with good food options.

The hotel lacked a shuttle bus service, which made it difficult for travelers with heavy luggage to reach the hotel from Uji station.

We loved the beautiful and peaceful location right next to a world heritage listed temple and on the river. The cleanliness and hotel facilities were exceptional. The staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive to details like boiling the water in our kettle and putting our shoes out. The breakfast and dinner were delicious.

The view of the river from the room was stunning, with cherry blossom trees in bloom. the breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options. the hotel's location was convenient for my business meetings and sightseeing opportunities.

The check-in staff could have been more friendly and informative. I wasn't notified about the lack of dinner options, which caused me some inconvenience.
